What is the “Circular Economy,” and how might we work collectively towards a more circular local economy here in the Southwest?
At this SEED NM Meet-Up on 4/30 at Old Town’s Tiny Grocer ABQ, join Andrew Fearnside, local artist and serial entrepreneur, for a presentation and dialogue about a concept that has grown into actual policy, actual projects, and actual funding for sustainability thinking in cities across Europe. Andrew will shed light on what the circular economy is in concept and in practice.
We’d love attendees to participate in this conversation, but it’s also fine if you prefer to stay in listening mode. We’re especially interested to learn about any changes you’ve made in your personal economic lives that have deepened your practice and understanding of sustainability. And even bigger, how has sustainability shaped your businesses? We’re not alone in the struggle to make global capitalism do more of what we all need, and less of what we really don’t.
